South Beach, Miami is for beaching, shopping, and partying. Here’s how you do Miami
Visit Ocean Dr. and Collins Ave. for restaurants and shopping. I’ve found the best bikini shops around here. The Versace Palace is on Ocean Dr., as well as the Art Deco Welcome Center.
Besides spending all of your beach time at South Beach, Visit Haulover Park/Beach. FYI clothing is optional.
Visit Little Havanna
This place is just like traveling to Cuba! Go there to smoke cuban links and check out the food markets. There’s music, shops, and architecture that will show you the best of Cuba.
Calle Ocho is a huge party on 8th street with music, food, drinks, dancing and amazing street art everywhere. In 2017 it’s happening on March 12.
When you are sick of the sandy beach, travel a bit inland to Coral Gables and spend the day at the Venetian pool. This lagoon-like pool is fed by a fresh spring and is so refreshing.
Coral Gables Museum
Coral Gables is a historic city and takes on the look as well. Explore the city and visit the Coral Gables Museum.
Just about every restaurant on OCEAN DR. turns into a club/bar at night. Some good clubs in South Beach are LIV and IVY. Further inland you’ll find club SPACE.
